DISPARITY STUDY PUBLIC HEARING
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is conducting a study of contracting and procurement in California. This Disparity Study includes experiences of vendors and contractors and whether or not there is evidence of discrimination affecting minority- and women-owned firms, (MWBEs), and disadvantaged business enterprises (DBEs).
A Public Hearing will be held to offer vendors, contractors, industry representatives, and others the opportunity to share personal experiences and other information related to the DBE Program. Testimony will become part of the public record for the Disparity Study.
