NOTICE IS GIVEN that it is the intention of the County of San Diego to grant of license agreements for County-leased property in West Mission Avenue, Escondido, California. The license agreements have been prepared pursuant to the provisions of the State Government Code and County Administrative Code.

The property is described as follows:
Working stations at County Health Services Veterans Resource Center of Escondido, 649 West Mission Avenue, Escondido, California 92025.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the use of the property will be granted as follows:
Licensee: Interfaith Community Services, Inc.; National Veterans Transition Services, Inc. a.k.a. Reboot; Support the Enlisted Project; Physician Advocates for Veterans; Veterans Entrepreneurs Today; Progressive Results, Inc.; Mental Health Systems a.k.a. Courage to Call; Veterans Village of San Diego; California State Command Council, NABVETS Inc.; The Veterans Museum of Balboa Park; California Veterans Legal Task Force; Veterans At Your Service a.k.a. Vets Caring for Vets; and Goodwill Industries of San Diego.

Term: Commences upon full execution of the agreements on or after August 19, 2015 and expires on June 30, 2020.

Use: To provide services implemented by County Health Services described in Memorandum of Agreements.

A copy of the proposed license agreements and a description of the premises is on file and available for inspection at the Department of General Services Real Estate Services Division, 5560 Overland Avenue, Suite 410, San Diego, California 92123.

SAN DIEGO COUNTY REGIONAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY

Notice is hereby given that the Facilities Development Department of the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority (the "Airport Authority") will receive sealed bids at 3225 North Harbor Drive, San Diego, California, until 2:00 P.M. on September 18, 2015 for:

The magnitude of this work is in the range of $80,000.00. The bidder shall possess a valid California State Contractors License, classification B, at the time the Bid is submitted.

1. Procurement and Installation of a Pre-fabricated Storage Unit and pre- fabricated raised metal platform with ramp to consolidate, store, and manage hazardous waste being processed for retrieval by the Authority’s Environmental Services;

2. Work shall include providing a concrete pad to support the storage unit and raised metal platform unit;

3. Provide power and lower voltage, data infrastructure to the storage unit

4. Provide monitoring device system which is integrated into the Airport Authority’s monitoring system along with cameras;

A mandatory prebid conference will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. on September 1, 2015, in the Board Room 3rd Floor Commuter Terminal at 3225 North Harbor Drive, San Diego, California. At the end of the conference, there will be a mandatory job site visit. This will be the only job site tour given, please ensure your attendance. Failure to visit the job site shall be grounds for denial of claims for changed conditions.

Deadline to Submit Written Questions. Questions must be submitted via e-mail to Freddy Sharpe, Procurement Analyst at fsharpe@san.org by 5:00 P.M. on September 10, 2015. Questions received after that time and date will not be considered.

Bid Due Date and Time. Sealed Bids must be received by 2:00 P.M. on September 18, 2015 at the Authority’s reception desk located in the Commuter Terminal on the 3rd floor at 3225 North Harbor Drive, San Diego, California. Sealed Bids will be opened in public immediately thereafter in the Boardroom Conference Room (same address). Late Bids will be rejected.

In accordance with the provisions of the California State Labor Code, Authority has obtained the general prevailing rate of wages (which rate includes employer payments for health and welfare, vacation, pension and similar purposes) applicable to the work to be done, for straight time, overtime, Saturday, Sunday and holiday work. All labor employed on this project shall be paid no less than such minimum rates of wages.

It is the practice of the Airport Authority that certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises ("DBEs") shall have the maximum opportunity to participate in the performance of Airport Authority contracts. Certified DBEs with qualifying experience are encouraged to respond to the request for proposals/bids/quotes, etc.

The County of San Diego, Owner, invites sealed bids for DISTRICT ATTORNEY JUVENILE COURT REMODEL; BID No. 6985
