NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 29, 2008, at Wingert, Grebing, Brubaker & Goodwin, LLP, 600 West Broadway, 7th Floor, San Diego, CA, 92101, Julie Lubitz, as administrator of the estate of Dennis Joseph Calenda, will sell at private sale to the highest and best bidder on the terms and conditions set forth below, and subject to confirmation by the court, all right, title, and interest that the estate has acquired by operation of law or otherwise in the real property located in the City of San Diego, County of San Diego, California, commonly known as 3648-50 Highland Avenue, and specifically described as:
Lots Thirty-six and the South 12 1/2 feet of Lot 37 in Block 11 of City Heights Annex No. 1, in the City of San Diego, County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map there of No. 1001, filed in the Office of the County Reorder of San Diego, July 18, 1906.
