Project will include demo of existing concrete paving, break-up into not to exceed (1) cubic foot pieces to be relocated on site. Stockpile lava stone. Demo and removal of tagged vegetation, masonry walls, water feature, irrigation systems and abandoned electrical conduits. Rough grading within 1'0 of existing grade. Protection of preserved landscaping.
Estimated project cost is $50,000.00

PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANT SERVICES
The Otay Water District (OWD) will require the services of a professional environmental firm (Consultant) to provide CEQA compliance services for a capital improvement project (CIP) known as the Calavo Sewer Lift Station Replacement (CIP No. S2015)
. The Project is located at 3700 Avocado Blvd (Thomas Bros 1271-F5) just north of State Route 94. The existing pump station has reached the end of its useful life and is in need of replacement. Therefore, a new pump station will be constructed in the immediate vicinity of the existing wet well and pump station.
