OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) FOR DESIGN SERVICES FOR PARKS IN THE MILLENIA COMMUNITY AND REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) BY SLF IV - MILLENIA, LLC FOR DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE 1.51 ACRE STRATA PARK IN THE MILLENIA COMMUNITY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT SLF IV - Millenia, LLC, owners of the Millenia Project, is releasing a Request For Qualifications (RFQ) for design services for parks in the Millenia Master Planned Community in Chula Vista, and a Request For Proposals (RFP) seeking proposals from qualified design firms for the design of a 1.51-acre urban park ("Strata Park") located in the Millenia project. The scope of work to be performed includes: (1) preparation of a Preliminary and final Park Master Plans 2) preparation of construction documents for the park and provision of related services in support of client bidding; 3) perform construction administration function during park construction. The design process will be a collaborative effort between the project owners and the City of Chula Vista.

The Request for Qualifications / Proposals describes the Millenia project and planned parks, the required scope of services and project schedule, the minimum information that must be included in the proposals, and the consultant evaluation and selection process.

This RFQ/RFP may also be used by the project owners to develop a pre-qualified list of firms to receive proposals for future parks planned in the Millenia project. All firms submitting proposals need to have demonstrated experience in designing urban parks. Prior experience with park design or landscape architectural work in the City of Chula Vista is also desirable.

NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS & PROPOSAL FOR A FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR UNIVERSAL VALET PARKING PROGRAM IN THE GASLAMP QUARTER COMMUNITY FOR THE GASLAMP QUARTER ASSOCIATION

Notice is hereby given that the Gaslamp Quarter Association (herein after referred as "GQA") is releasing a Request for Qualifications & Proposals (RFQ-P) for transportation planning consultant services to choose an established firm (herein after referred as "PROPOSER") to conduct on behalf of the GQA a feasibility study on the introduction of a universal valet parking program within the Gaslamp Quarter community. The scope of work will include recommendations to provide additional capacity, improve and enhance the customer experience, and reduce traffic congestion from circulating vehicles. The study shall address management and operational alternatives, including funding sources and associated operational costs. Further, with the rise of Internet-based "on-demand" valet services, the study shall provide an evaluation of and recommendations on the operation of such services within the District. The selected consultant team shall evaluate the existing and future operating stations, conditions, and features of valet operations within the District.
