As a property owner, tenant or person who has requested notice, you should know that the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to recommend approval, conditional approval, or denial to the City Council of Community Plan Amendment, Rezone, Planned Development Permit, Site Development Permit, and amendment to the Rancho Pe?asquitos Public Facilities Financing Plan and Facilities Benefit Assessment to construct a 20,000 square foot City-owned/operated skate park on a vacant 44,465 square foot site located at 10029 Carmel Mountain Rd. The amendment to the Rancho Pe?asquitos Public Facilities Financing Plan and Facilities Benefit Assessment would allocate $500,000 toward the project.
The decision to approve, conditionally approve, modify or deny the Community Plan Amendment, Rezone, Planned Development Permit, Site Development Permit, and amendment to the Rancho Pe?asquitos Public Facilities Financing Plan and Facilities Benefit Assessment will be made by the City Council at a future public hearing. You will also receive a notice of the City Council public hearing.

Plans and specifications can be obtained from the Engineering and Capital Projects Department, Administration Division, Executive Complex, 1010 Second Avenue, Suite 500, San Diego, California, where bids are to be submitted prior to time specified.
A pre-bid meeting and/or pre-bid visit to the work site will be held, if indicated, at the time and place specified in the contract documents. Prospective bidders are encouraged to attend these sessions.
