Request for Proposals
Transportation Demand Management Web-Based Program
Management System

Thank you for your interest in contracting opportunities with the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG). SANDAG is seeking proposals from qualified firms to develop, deliver, and implement a comprehensive web-based Transportation Demand Management (TDM) program management system (Project). The envisioned Project will allow regional commuters to access, register, and participate in TDM programs through an internet website and/or handheld device, and subsequently share published information with other commuters that will allow them to partner and share their commute by multiple modes including carpooling, vanpooling, or bicycling. In addition, the service will provide robust reporting and administrative capabilities. As with any web-based application, the protection of individual information and preservation of privacy will be an important aspect of any system developed.

Proposal Due Date: Proposals must be received by 4 p.m. (PDT), on Friday,
September 27, 2013, at SANDAG offices located on the 8th floor.

No pre-proposal meeting will be held for this Request for Proposals (RFP).
