The City of San Diego Development Services Department has prepared a draft Negative Declaration Report for the following project and is inviting your comments regarding the adequacy of the document. The draft Negative Declaration has been placed on the City of San Diego web-site at

Your comments must be received by August 25, 2013, to be included in the final document considered by the decision-making authorities. Subject: Inn at Sunset Cliffs: Site Development Permit and Coastal Development Permit for the unpermitted surfacing of an existing deck and a new wet well and water pump on environmentally sensitive lands associated with an existing 24 room hotel on a 0.56 acre site at 1370 Sunset Cliffs Boulevard in the RM-5-12 Zone within the Coastal Overlay (appealable), Coastal Height Limit, Parking Impact, Residential Tandem Parking, FAA Part 77, First Public Roadway within Ocean Beach Community Plan area of Council District 2 of the City of San Diego. The site is not included on any Government Code listing of hazardous waste sites.
