The City of San Diego Development Services Department has prepared a draft Mitigated Negative Declaration Report for the following project and is inviting your comments regarding the adequacy of the document. The draft Mitigated Negative Declaration has been placed on the City of San Diego web-site at http://www.sandiego.gov/city-clerk/officialdocs/notices/index.shtml under CEQA Notices and Documents.
Your comments must be received by August 29, 2013, to be included in the final document considered by the decision-making authorities. Subject: OTAY MESA PLANT. Tentative Map to create two industrial lots from a 12.96-acre site and an Otay Mesa Development Permit (Site Development Permit) that limits the combined use of the overall project site to an existing batch plant and industrial development that does not exceed 34,500 square feet. The project site is located in the Industrial Subdistrict of the Otay Mesa Development District. Legal Description: the west half of the west half and the west one-third of the east half of the west half of the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 34, township 18 south, range 1 west, San Bernardino base meridian, in the City of San Diego, County of San Diego. The site is not included on any Government Code listing of hazardous waste sites.
