BRODY RESIDENCE: SITE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT (SDP) to allow for the move-on of a 1,433 square-foot single dwelling unit (SDU) and a 368 square-foot garage to a vacant 7,000 square-foot site in the Southeastern San Diego Community Planning Area. Currently the SDU and garage is located at 3422 Sterne Street in the Loma Portal Neighborhood of the Peninsula Community Planning Area.
