San Diego Metropolitan Transit
This is a joint procurement for lobbying services. The San Diego Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) together with the North Country Transit District (NCTD) are accepting proposals under a negotiated procurement for State Lobbying Services. Both the MTS and NCTD operate bus and rail operational arms. Together, MTS & NCTD, otherwise referred to as the Agency for this procurement, anticipate awarding a firm fixed- priced contract to the responsible proposer, whose proposal, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Agency, price and other factors considered. The anticipated contract period of performance will include a three-year (3) base period beginning January 1, 2009 and two one- year (1) option periods.

MTS hereby notifies all proposers that in regard to any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement; Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (as defined in 49 CFR Part 26) will not be subject to discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex or national origin in consideration for an award.
MTS reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to re-advertise for proposals.
