PUBLIC NOTICE OF A
DRAFT MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION
The City of San Diego Land Development Review Division has prepared a draft Mitigated Negative Declaration for the following project and is inviting your comments regarding the adequacy of the document. Your comments must be received by October 2, 2005 to be included in the final document considered by the decision-making authorities. Subject: LYNCH RESIDENCE - COASTAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT to demolish an existing single-family residence and construct a 4,363 square-foot single family residence with a basement on a 8,237 square-foot site located at 1245 Park Row in the RS-1-7 Zone of the La Jolla Community Plan, Coastal Overlay (non-appealable), Coastal Height Limit. Council District 1. The site is not included on any Government Code Listing of hazardous waste sites.
