Firms interested in obtaining a Request for Proposal package may go to sandi.net and click on “Bids & Requests for Proposal” or demandstar.com. Bid submittals shall be sealed and deposited in Procurement and Distribution Department office, located at 2351 Cardinal Lane, Bldg. M, San Diego, CA 92123 on or before 2:00 p.m. on
OCTOBER 5, 2006
A public opening/reading of the proposals received will not occur.
Note: A Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, September14, 2006 at the San Diego Unified School District Education Center, 4100 Normal Street - Auditorium San Diego, CA 92103
The San Diego Unified School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to accept or reject any one or more items of a bid, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bids, or in the bidding.
No bidder may withdraw his or her bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date and time set for the opening of bids.
