As a nearby property owner, tenant, or interested individual, you should know that a public hearing will be held by the Centre City Development Corporation (CCDC) Board of Directors to consider an appeal of Neighborhood Use Permit (NUP) 2010-36 allowing a sidewalk café for Bub's at the Ballpark located at 715 J Street in the East Village Neighborhood of the Downtown Community Plan Area.

As a property owner, tenant, or person who has requested notice, please be advised that the Hearing Officer of Centre City Development Corporation (CCDC) will hold a hearing to consider the following permit applications for (PROCESS THREE) Conditional Use Permits:
1. Conditional Use Permit No. 2010-05 Eleventh and G Surface Parking Lot
An application by Oliver McMillan to allow a 58-space surface parking lot at 1122 G Street in the East Village neighborhood of the Downtown Community Plan Area.
2. Conditional Use Permit No. 2010-50 Fourth and Beech Surface Parking Lot
An application by the City of San Diego Redevelopment Agency to allow a 58-space temporary surface parking lot mid-block between Ash and Beech streets and Fourth and Fifth avenues in the Cortez neighborhood of the Downtown Community Plan Area.
The decision of the CCDC Hearing Officer is final unless appealed to the CCDC Board of Directors. In order to appeal the decision you must be present at the public hearing and file a speaker slip concerning the application or have expressed interest by writing to the Hearing Officer before the close of the public hearing. The appeal application may be obtained at the CCDC Planning Department, 401 B Street, Suite 400, San Diego, California, 92101. The appeal must be made within ten (10) business days of the Hearing Officer's decision. If the Hearing Officer decision is appealed, the decision made by the CCDC Board of Directors is the final decision.
