  As a property owner, tenant, or person who has requested notice, please be advised that the Hearing Officer will hold a public hearing to approve, conditionally approve, or deny an application for a Conditional Use Permit to amend Conditional Use Permit Nos. 87-0748 and 88-1276 to allow a 2,027 square foot addition to an existing service station and mini-mart building on a 1.14 acre site at 16998 West Bernardo Drive in the IP-2-1 Zone within the Rancho Bernardo Community Plan.
  The decision of the Hearing Officer is final unless appealed to the Planning Commission.  In order to appeal the decision you must be present at the public hearing and file a speaker slip concerning the application or have expressed interest by writing to the Hearing Officer before the close of the public hearing. The appeal must be made within 10 working days of the Hearing Officer's decision.   The decision made by the Planning Commission is the final decision by the City.
