The San Diego Unified School District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to accept or reject any one or more items of a proposal; or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the proposals.
No proposer may withdraw his or her proposal for a period of ninety (90) days after the date and time set for the opening of proposals.
