This is to inform you that the Development Services Department Staff will make a decision to either approve, conditionally approve, modify or deny an Emergency Coastal Development Permit application for emergency work to repair the Bermuda Avenue slope wall, located at the terminus of Bermuda Avenue near Sunset Cliffs in the Ocean Beach Community. The slope is threatening to collapse the retaining wall and undermine the beach access stairway. This presents a risk to public health and safety and needs to be repaired immediately.
