PLEASE ACCEPT THIS AS A NOTICE TO INFORM YOU, as a property owner, tenant or interested citizen, that the Council of The City of San Diego, California will conduct a public hearing, as part of a scheduled City Council meeting, on the following project:
San Diego Professional Office Building project is an application for a Coastal Development Permit (CDP), Site Development Permit (SDP), and summary easement abandonment of two easements to allow for the construction of security fencing within environmentally sensitive lands and former conservation easement area, and construct private and public improvements along Vista Sorrento Parkway within the former highway slope easement, all located at 10385 Sorrento Parkway.
On September 19, 2013, the City of San Diego Planning Commission voted 7-0-0 by consent to recommend City Council certification of the project's environmental document and approval of the development permits and easement vacationsThe decision of the City Council is final.
The final decision by the City of San Diego is not appealable to the California Coastal Commission. If you want to receive a Notice of Final Action, you must submit a written request to the City Project Manager listed above. If you wish to challenge the City's action on the above proceedings in court, you may be limited to addressing only those issues you or someone else have raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or written in correspondence to the City at or before the public hearing.COMMUNICATIONS
This item may begin at any time after the time specified. Any interested person may address the City Council to express support or opposition to this issue. Time allotted to each speaker is determined by the Chair and, in general, is limited to three (3) minutes;
moreover, collective testimony by those in support or opposition shall be limited to no more than fifteen (15) minutes total per side
