Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Council of the City of San Diego on October 10, 2006, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Administration Building, 202 C Street, 12th floor, San Diego, California, to consider the adoption of Ordinance No. O-2007-19, authorizing the Second Amendment to the Master Lease Agreement for the Equipment and Vehicle Financing Program with respect to the financing of certain motive equipment, including refuse packers and beach cleaning equipment.
At such hearing all persons interested shall be given an opportunity to be heard and said hearing may be continued from time to time as may be determined by the City Council. The decision of the City Council as to the adoption of the above ordinance as described above shall be final and conclusive.
This item may begin at any time after the time specified. Any interested person may address the City Council to express support or opposition to this issue. Time allotted to each speaker is determined by the Chair and, in general, is limited to three (3) minutes; moreover, collective testimony by those in support or opposition shall be limited to no more than fifteen (15) minutes total per side.
Those unable to attend the hearing may write a letter to the Mayor and City Council, Attention: City Clerk, City Administration Building, 202 "C" Street, San Diego, CA 92101 3862, Mail Station 2A; or you can reach us by E-mail at: Hearings1@sandiego.gov or FAX: (619) 533-4045. All communications will be forwarded to the Mayor and Council.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of San Diego will conduct a public hearing on a Major Use Permit as follows:

PROJECT/CASE NUMBER(S):

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The proposed project is for an unmanned telecommunications facility consisting of a 35-foot high faux sparse monopine tree with and associated equipment shelter. The proposed tree will carry up to 15 panel antennas (6-foot x 1-foot) screened with “foliage slip-on” devices with the antennas to be attached at the 31-foot level of the monopine. The branching of the tree will begin at the 12 to 15-foot level. The proposed equipment shelter located adjacent to the base of the tree has dimensions of 20 x 11.5 x10 feet. Access to the project is from Harris Ranch Road via an existing gravel driveway that leads to an existing single-family residence.
LOCATION: The project is located at 862 Harris Ranch Road, Potrero an unincorporated area of San Diego County. The project is within the Mountain Empire Subregional Plan and the APN is 654-030-27.
ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: A Negative Declaration has been prepared for this project and is on file at the Department of Planning and Land Use as environmental Review Number 05-19-010.
GENERAL INFORMATION: This public hearing is accessible to individuals with disabilities.
