As a property owner, tenant, or person who has requested notice, you should know that the Development Services Department Staff will make a decision to either approve, conditionally approve, modify or deny an application for a Wireless Communication Facility consisting of panel antennas, remote radio head units, and a microwave dish antenna mounted to an existing Balboa Park Golf Course fence along Pershing Drive. An additional existing microwave antenna is located on the Balboa Park Golf Course Clubhouse. Equipment associated with the antennas is located in an existing enclosure. The project is located at 2101 Pershing Drive.

PLEASE ACCEPT THIS AS A NOTICE TO INFORM YOU, as a property owner, tenant or interested citizen, that the Council of The City of San Diego, California will conduct a public hearing, as part of a scheduled City Council meeting, on the following project:

A Public Right of Way Vacation to vacate 10 feet each side of Goldfinch St. between Thorn St. and Spruce St., and a Neighborhood Development Permit at 3232 Goldfinch St., an existing 5,000 square-foot single family residential lot, for an existing retaining wall in public right-of-way within the Uptown Community Plan Area.

On May 16, 2013, the City of San Diego Planning Commission voted 5-0-1 to recommend approval of the proposed project with no additional conditions.

This project was determined to be categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act on November 15, 2012 and the opportunity to appeal that determination ended November 30, 2012.

The decision of the City Council is final.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the San Diego City Council is scheduled to hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 15, 2013, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in Council Chambers, 12th Floor, City Administration Building, 202 C Street, San Diego, California, for the purpose of consideration of revision of Mira Mesa Development Impact Fees and Facilities Benefit Assessment. Consideration of this matter will include:

1. Approve the establishment of new Development Impact Fees for all property within the Mira Mesa Community.
2. Approve the establishment of new Facilities Benefit Assessments for all undeveloped property within the Mira Mesa Community.
