The San Diego Housing Commission is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified firms interested in providing financial advisory services under its multifamily housing bond program. Through this RFQ, one or more financial advisors will be selected to work as participants on the financing teams for individual bond transactions initiated under the program between January 1, 2009 and December 31, 2010, with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods. Firms will be selected in accordance with the Commission's applicable equal opportunity policies.
Firms qualified to perform the required services under the applicable laws and who have successfully demonstrated their ability to provide comparable services are invited to submit their proposals. San Diego based firms are encouraged to respond.

The San Diego Housing Commission is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified law firms interested in providing bond counsel services for future bond issuances and/or restructurings under the San Diego Housing Commission Multifamily Housing Bond Program. Through this RFQ, two or more bond counsels will be selected to work as participants on the financing teams for individual bond transactions initiated under the program between January 1, 2009 and December 31, 2010, with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods. Firms will be selected in accordance with the Commission's applicable equal opportunity policies.
