Maritime Division staff is available to meet with tenants and customers at their convenience and in advance of the public hearing if they wish to discuss the proposed tariff amendments. Persons not able to attend the Public Hearing or wishing to submit written comments for review by the Board are requested to submit them to the Maritime Operations Department by 10 a.m. on September 7, 2010. Written comments maybe submitted by letter, fax or by e-mail and will become part of the formal correspondence file. Persons wishing to comment on this matter may also appear at the Public Hearing and/or may present comments in writing to the Board before the hearing date. All persons wishing to testify must complete a speaker's slip (available at the Public Hearing) and submit it to the District Clerk.
