NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, Reagen Endsley, as Conservator of the Person and Estate of Lyda Endsley, Conservatee will sell at private sale after September 9, 2013, at 15760 Ventura Blvd., Suite 1520, Encino, CA 91436-3026, on the terms and conditions set forth below, and subject to confirmation of the court, all right, title and interest of Reagen Endsley, as Conservator of the Person and Estate of Lyda Endsley, Conservatee, Los Angeles Superior Court, Case No. ZE027919 and all the right, title and interest that the estate of said Conservatorship has acquired by operation of law or otherwise, other than or in addition to that of said Conservatee, and all right, title, and interest of Lyda Endsley in and to all that certain unimproved real property consisting of a lot located at Lot 197 Santa Saba Court, Borrego Springs, California 92004, County of San Diego (APN: 198-402-07-00), and specifically described as:
Lot 197 of Ocotillo Heights Unit No. 2, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to map thereof No. 4366, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, October 14, 1959.

Bids or offers for this property must be in writing and may be mailed or delivered to Alperstein, Simon, Farkas, Gillin & Scott, LLP, Attenton: Joel M. Simon, Esq., attorneys for the Conservator, at 15760 Ventura Boulevard, Suite 1520, Encino, CA 91436-3026 at any time after the first publication or posting of this notice and before any sale is made.
The sale will be made on the following terms: Cash in lawful money of the United States on confirmation of sale and such other reasonable terms acceptable to the undersigned. Reasonable deposit to be deposited with bid. Property is sold in ``as is,`` ``where is,`` and ``with all faults`` condition and subject to current taxes, covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, rights, rights of way and easements of record.
