Coach Operator Performance Audit Services

Notice is hereby given that proposals will be received by the North County Transit District at NCTD, 810 Mission Avenue, Oceanside, CA 92054, up to 3 p.m., Wednesday, October 4, 2006 for Coach Operator Performance Audit Services.

Project Description 
NCTD requests the services of a fixed route transit driver performance auditing firm with proven experience to perform driver performance audits of NCTD’s fixed route drivers.  Two audits per year are generally anticipated.  This will be a five year contract.

NOTE:   The above descriptions are for general information.  The Scope of Work section in the RFP provides a complete and detailed description of the project scope.

The Otay Water District (OWD) will require the services of a geotechnical consulting firm (Consultant) to provide professional services in support of the District's Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for a period of two years on an as-needed basis. The Project is subject to Prevailing Wage.

Interested candidates are required to send a Letter of Interest (LOI) and a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to David Padilla, Otay Water District, 2554 Sweetwater Springs Boulevard, Spring Valley, California 91978-2004. If a firm has submitted a SOQ to the District within the calendar year and the qualifications remain current and accurate, then only a Letter of Interest is required.

Deadline to submit the Letter of Interest and SOQ will be at 5:00 p.m. on September 15, 2006. Technical questions regarding the consulting services should be referred to the Otay Water District Project Manager David Padilla at (619) 670-2273.

Sealed bids will be received by AmeriCare Adult Day Health Care Center at 340 Rancheros Drive, Suite 196, San Marcos, CA 92069 until 2:00p.m. September 25, 2006, for meals to serve in Adult Day Health Care Center. At said time and place and promptly thereafter all bids that have be publicly opened and read aloud.
Description of Product for Bid:
The following types and quantities of meals: lunch; from Monday to Friday; about 125 meals per day.

Daily delivery of meals to one center location.
Types or forms of packaging or containerizing to be used for meals:
Meals in bulk inclusive of milk, based on 30-day menu cycle, to be provided by this agency.
All meals of every type will meet the minimum standards set by the United States Department of Agriculture for Child and Adult Care Food Program meals of that type.
Contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid is responsive to this invitation and is most advantages to the AmeriCare ADHC, Inc. price and other factors considered.
Any or all bids may be rejected when it is in the interest of AmeriCare ADHC, Inc. to do so.
