NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North County Educational Purchasing Consortium of San Diego County, California, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as the Consortium will receive up to, but not later than 2:30 PM on September 16, 2013, sealed bids for the award of a contract for the following:

Consortium Bid No. B14-02

Such bids shall be received in the office of the Purchasing Services Supervisor, Palomar Community College, at 1140 West Mission Road, Bldg./Room A-8, San Marcos, CA 92069 and shall be opened at the stated time and place.

Each bid must conform and be responsive to this invitation, the Information for Bidders, the Specifications, and all other documents comprising the pertinent Contract Documents. Copies of the Contract Documents are now on file and may be obtained in the office of the Purchasing Services Supervisor at the above address, as well as at the following Palomar College District bid website (in the Purchasing Services section towards the bottom of that website):

The Consortium reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept or to reject any one or more items of a bid, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bids or in the bidding.

No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of bids.

Notice is hereby given that the San Diego County Water Authority (Water Authority) is accepting proposals from qualified firms for Crane Rental with Operator Services.

Please visit our website at to view project information and to register with The Network, the Water Authority's free online vendor registration and solicitation notification system. Once registered on The Network, access to the solicitation and related documentation is available.

Proposals will be received by the North County Transit District (“NCTD”) at 810 Mission Avenue, Oceanside, CA 92054, up to 5:00 P.M. September 12, 2013 for On Call Real Estate Services (the “Project” or “Work”).
This work is on an as-needed basis, and there is no commitment from NCTD to provide enough work to keep successful Offeror personnel on a full-time basis. 
NCTD reserves the right to award more than one contract based on the qualifications of the Offeror or Offerors and the needs of NCTD. Multiple contracts may be awarded at the discretion of NCTD for one or more services described in the scope of work if an Offeror, or Offerors, have the requisite experience and ability to perform services as required.
