Real Estate Economic/Financial
Centre City Development Corporation (CCDC), an equal opportunity contractor, is requesting proposals from consulting firms specializing in real estate economic/financial analysis and public/private partnerships to conduct a peer review of a completed financial analysis of seven alternatives for housing City of San Diego legislative and administrative operations in downtown San Diego. The review will also include two development proposals for public-private partnerships that would include a new City administration facility and private uses.
Proposals from small businesses, disabled veteran-owned businesses, women-owned businesses, firms owned by underrepresented ethnic groups and local firms are encouraged.
