PLEASE ACCEPT THIS AS A NOTICE TO INFORM YOU, as a property owner, tenant or interested citizen, that the Council of the City of San Diego, California will conduct a public hearing, as part of a scheduled City Council meeting on Monday, September 16, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in Council Chambers, 12th Floor, City Administration Building, 202 C Street, San Diego, California, for the purpose of consideration of creation of the East Elliott Public Facilities Financing Plan. Consideration of the matter will include:
1. Approving or denying the Fiscal Year 2014 Public Facilities Financing
Plan for the East Elliott Community.
2. Approve the establishment of new Development Impact Fees for all
property within the East Elliott Community.
3. Establish a new interest bearing Development Impact Fee (DIF) Fund,
East Elliott DIF, which shall be the account to which revenue generated
by the DIF Fee shall be deposited.
The East Elliott Public Facilities Financing Plan is available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk, City Administration Building 2nd Floor, 202 C Street, San Diego, California, 92101. For additional information contact
