Bids will be opened in public at or about that hour at 1400 Tidelands Avenue, National City, California 91950. No bidder may withdraw a bid within sixty (60) days after the date set for opening bids.

It is the policy of the San Diego Unified Port District that certified Small Business Enterprises (SBEs) shall have the maximum opportunity to participate in the performance of District contracts. Certified SBEs with qualifying experience are encouraged to respond to the request for proposals/bids/quotes, etc.

In the public interest, the District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informality in a bid.

RFP 13-05

JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR B STREET CRUISE SHIP TERMINAL (CST)
AND PORT PAVILION ON BROADWAY PIER

The San Diego Unified Port District seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR B STREET CRUISE SHIP TERMINAL (CST) AND PORT PAVILION ON BROADWAY PIER. The District's estimate for this project shall be compensated on a negotiated basis as established in the Fee Schedule. Parties interested in obtaining a copy of this RFP may do so by downloading the Proposal from the District website, http://vendors.planetbids.com/SDUPD/bidsearch4.cfm.

NOTE: A MANDATORY Information Exchange Meeting will be held on February 20, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. at the Port Pavilion on Broadway Pier, located at 1000 N. Harbor Drive, San Diego, CA 92101. Please refer to RFP for parking instructions. Proposals must be received no later than March 8, 2013 at 2:00 p.m.
