The County of San Diego, Owner, invites bids for MULTI-PURPOSE BARN PURCHASE & INSTALLATION ORACLE PROJECT NO. 1014127; BID No. 5896.

Sealed bids will be received at the Department of Purchasing and Contracting, at 5560 Overland Avenue, Ste. 270, San Diego, 92123, until 2:00 PM on March 21, 2013, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Contract documents including Plans, Specifications and Bid Forms are available for download on the County Buynet site: http://buynet.sdcounty.ca.gov.You must be registered at the site in order to download documents. The Contractor shall possess, at the time of submitting the bid, a California contractor's license, Classification B, General Building Contractor. The cost of construction is estimated to be from $50,000.00 to $90,000.00. Bid security of no less than 10% required at time of bid. Successful bidder shall provide Payment and Performance Bonds for 100% of the contract amount. Prevailing Wage rates apply. The Owner, as a matter of policy, encourages Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation for this project. SAN DIEGO COUNTY REGIONAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (“RFP”) for

Locksmith Services

The San Diego County Regional Airport Authority ("Authority") seeks proposals from firms or individuals (“Respondent”) to provide professional locksmith services on the Authority's facilities locksets at the San Diego International Airport (“Airport”). A draft scope of work is posted in “Exhibit A” of the draft contractor agreement set forth in the RFP document.

Pre-Submittal Conference: (Attendance is not mandatory) A Pre-Submittal Meeting will be held Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at 1 p.m. in the Facilities Management Training Room located at 2415 Winship Lane, San Diego, CA 92101. Public parking is available in the Commuter Terminal parking lot.

Deadline to Submit Written Questions:
2:00 p.m. March 12, 2013. Questions must be submitted in writing as indicated in the RFP document.
