prevailing local time,
unless otherwise amended, at MTS, 1255 Imperial Ave., Ste. 1000, San Diego, CA 92101. Proposals received after that time or at any other place other than the place stated herein will not be considered.

Chase Avenue Family Health Center - HVAC Upgrade Project
Family Health Centers of San Diego(owner) invites sealed bids from general contractors for providing the design, labor, and materials necessary for adding one new HVAC unit and updating the ductwork at the Chase Avenue Family Health Center.
This project is funded in whole or in part by the City of El Cajon Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program and as such is subject to the wage regulations of the Davis-Bacon Act.
