The San Diego Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) is accepting proposals under a negotiated procurement process for MEDICAL PROVIDER SERVICES for the San Diego Transit Corporation (SDTC), San Diego Trolley, Inc. (SDTI), and the Metropolitan Transit System (MTS).

A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on March 5, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., prevailing local time at, MTS, 1255 Imperial Ave., Ste. 1000, San Diego, CA 92101. Proposals will be due on April 11, 2013 by 4:00 p.m., prevailing local time, unless otherwise amended, at MTS, 1255 Imperial Ave., Ste. 1000, San Diego, CA 92101. Proposals received after that time or at any other place other than the place stated herein will not be considered.
MTS hereby notifies all proposers that in regard to any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement; Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (as defined in 49 C.F.R. Part 26) will not be subject to discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex or national origin in consideration for an award.
MTS reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to re-advertise for proposals.

Chase Avenue Family Health Center - HVAC Upgrade Project

Family Health Centers of San Diego(owner) invites sealed bids from general contractors for providing the design, labor, and materials necessary for adding one new HVAC unit and updating the ductwork at the Chase Avenue Family Health Center.

This project is funded in whole or in part by the City of El Cajon Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program and as such is subject to the wage regulations of the Davis-Bacon Act.

Interested firms may obtain the required documents via email from briant@fhcsd.org.

A mandatory meeting with the owner representative will be held at the job site, 1111 West Chase Avenue; El Cajon, CA 92020, February 21, 2013 at 3:00pm, to review project details.

Sealed bid shall be delivered to 823 Gateway Center Way; San Diego, CA 92102 no later than 1:00pm on March 07, 2013.

Please Note: Bid packages will not be available at the mandatory site visit/job meeting.
