NOTICE TO CLAIMANTS OF
FILING OF LIMITATION
IN THE MATTER OF JULIE STOUT, as owner of the vessel, SEA PASSION, for exoneration from or limitation of liability.
A complaint has been filed with this Notice to Claimants by which Plaintiff-in-Limitation JULIE STOUT (hereinafter Plaintiff-in-Limitation), as owner the SEA PASSION (ID No. 999447), seeking exoneration from or limitation of liability for any losses, injuries, and/or damages occasioned as a result of an incident occurring on March 19, 2012, in San Diego, California, or in any way consequent to the incident, and certain other relief.
The complaint states facts and circumstances upon which said exoneration or limitation is claimed, and it appears that claims have been made, or may be made, against petitioners, which will exceed the value of Plaintiff-in-Limitation's interest in the vessel SEA PASSION, for losses, for injuries, and damages said to have been occasioned by or incurred in consequence of said incident; and
Plaintiff-in-Limitation's surety has given security for damages or costs herein, pursuant to 46 U.S.C.S. § 30501-30512 and Rule F of the Supplemental Rules for Certain Admiralty and Maritime Claims, Federal Rules for Civil Procedure; and
The Court having directed by its Order that all persons or entities claiming damages for any and all losses, injuries, and/or damages occasioned as a result of the March 19, 2012, incident, or by reason of any matters arising out of the March 19, 2012, incident, are to file and serve their respective claims and answers to the complaint on or before DECEMBER 10, 2012

that all persons asserting claims with respect to such losses, injuries and/or damages are admonished to file their claims with the undersigned Clerk of this Court on or before DECEMBER 10, 2012,
and serve a copy thereof and answer to the complaint on Chelsea D. Yuan, Gibson Robb & Lindh LLP, 201 Mission Street, Suite 2700, San Francisco, CA 94105, counsel for Plaintiff-in-Limitation, on or before DECEMBER 10, 2012.
This notice is issued by order of the Court pursuant to Rule F(4) of the Supplemental Rules of Certain Admiralty and Maritime Claims, Federal Rules of Civil Procedures.
