Sealed bids addressed to the Board of Directors, Otay Water District (District), will be received for the 803-3 & 832-2 Reservoir Interior/Exterior Coating & Upgrades (CIP P2518 & 2519) at the office of the District, 2554 Sweetwater Springs Boulevard, Spring Valley, California 91978-2004, until 2:00 PM local time, on December 20, 2012, and at that time bids will be publicly opened and read.

The general scope of work includes the removal and replacement of the interior and exterior coating on two (2) 2.0 MG steel tanks. The work also includes structural modifications including but not limited to, level indicator replacement, anode replacement, new tank penetrations, new fall protection devices, and roof vent replacement in accordance with the contract documents.

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 AM on December 6, 2012 at Otay Water District Board Room. A site visit will be held immediately after the meeting. The engineer's estimate is $948,000. The District is using Mayer Reprographics for distribution of Contract Documents, including plans and specifications. Electronic copies may be downloaded without fee through http://www.mayer.com. Hard copies may be obtained for a fee through any Mayer Reprographics office or by calling Mayer at (619) 295-4112. The amount paid for hard copies is not refundable. Technical questions regarding the Contract Documents should be referred to the District's Project Manager, Kevin Cameron, at (619) 670-2248.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lakeside Union School District of San Diego County, California, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as the DISTRICT will receive up to, but not later than 2:00 o'clock p.m. of the 8th day of January, 2013, sealed proposals for the award of contracts for E-Rate Services for TELECOMMUNICATIONS, LOCAL and LONG DISTANCE TELEPHONE SERVICE.
Proposals shall be received in the Business Office of the Lakeside Union School District located at 12335 Woodside Ave, Lakeside, CA 92040 and shall be opened at the above stated time and place (not a public reading).
Each proposal must conform and be responsive to the contract documents, copies of which are now on file and may be obtained after November 28, 2012, by e-mailing erate@lsusd.net or call (619) 390-2600 extension 2617.
The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any irregulari¬ties or informalities in any bids or in the bidding.
Proposals shall be awarded based on the criteria outline in the proposal documents.
No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for the opening of proposals.
