The median price of existing, single-family detached homes increased 1.7 percent in San Diego County in April to $369,910, up from $363,710 in March but down 2.2 percent from April 2011, according to the California Association of Realtors (CAR).  Full Story

The approximately 5,929-square-foot industrial condominium, at 1936 Kellogg Ave. in Carlsbad 92008, has been sold for $742,000.
