Apartments in Lakeside sold

The six-unit apartment at 12358 Parkside St. in Lakeside 92040, has been sold for $810,000.

The buyers were John Keith Mulfinger and Joyce Ann Mulfinger, 3435 S. Cordoba Ave., Spring Valley 91977.

The acquisition was financed with a loan of $567,000 from Opus Bank, on MacArthur Boulevard in Irvine.

The sellers of the property (assessor's parcel 394-110-24) were Terry Moore and Sandra L. Moore, trustees of the Terry Moore, CCIM Inc. Retirement Trust.

The two-story, approximately 5,504-square-foot building was constructed in 1988 on a 9,148-square-foot lot. The total apartment consists of 14 bedrooms and eight bathrooms.

In March 2011, the property sold for $465,000.
