Third phase of Maricel homes released

By ,

With a strong, steady sales pace since its opening in March, Davidson Communities has released the third phase of six new Carmel Valley homes at Maricel at Torrey Highlands.

The Del Mar-based homebuilder announced it has also accelerated its construction starts. Maricel offers 41 homes on sites averaging more than 6,000 square feet. Prices now range from the mid $700,000s. Three plans range from 2,793 to 3,287 square feet, with four to six bedrooms, 3.5 to 4.5 bathrooms and a two-car garage. All three floor plans have a downstairs bedroom suite.

Features include living areas that open completely to the outdoors through 8-foot glass sliders and kitchen islands ranging up to 10 feet long, with seating for six. A convenience designed by Davidson is a “drop zone,” connecting the garage to the kitchen, for backpacks and groceries. Maricel will offer two parks and one "tot lot" for exclusive use of the residents. There is also access to an extensive trail system that runs behind the property. Davidson is also building single-family homes at Arista at The Crosby in Rancho Santa Fe.
