Trigild names new general counsel

David Wallace has been promoted to general counsel of Trigild, a San Diego-based real estate and fiduciary services company, the company announced Monday.

Previously an associate counsel for the firm, Wallace will provide key legal and strategic expertise to Trigild company management, assisting with corporate matters, developing and negotiating commercial contracts and leases, serving as receiver, prosecuting and defending litigation on the firm’s behalf and representing the company in court hearings.

“David’s legal expertise and general business sense have been invaluable to Trigild,” said Judy Hoffman, Trigild's chief operating officer. “We are thrilled that will expand his role with our firm, as we continue our steady, strategic pattern of nationwide growth.”

Wallace will work from the firm’s Dallas office, providing accessibility to clients on both the East and West coasts.
