Brookfield to debut Haven at Windingwalk

Brookfield Homes will debut a new community of detached homes, Haven at Windingwalk (above), on Saturday in Chula Vista.

The grand opening event will include tours of four model homes with private yards. Floor plans range from approximately 1,718 to 2,430 square feet, with three to five bedrooms and 2.5 to three baths.

The two-story homes will include a loft and two-car garage, and two plans will have a downstairs bedroom and full bath. Pricing is anticipated to start in the mid-$300,000s, according to Debby King, director of marketing for Brookfield.

Haven will provide homeowners with access to a range of amenities in the established Windingwalk community. Included are access to Windingwalk's two private recreation centers and a park, including the Winding Oaks Recreation Center with pools, a fully-equipped gym, a covered outdoor pavilion with exterior fireplace and barbecue.

The park at Windingwalk has a basketball court, ball fields, a skateboard park and many other amenities.
