The buyers are Felipe Sanchez Romero (35 percent), Thomas Karl Gersten (35 percent) and Jorge Luis Gomez (30 percent); 1237 Evergreen Point, Medina, WA 98039.
The acquisition was financed with a loan of $2.23 million from Banco Popular North America.
The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 551-380-12) was Dynasty Coachwork International Inc., headed by Andrew S. Chang.
The property was sold in December 2006 for $3.13 million. In August 2010, the property was sold again for $2.41 million by Arcadia Land Corp., headed by Chang.
The approximately 23,930-square-foot apartment was constructed in 1988-90 a 33,977-square-foot lot.
