The four-unit apartment complex in Pacific Beach at 1736-1742 Missouri St., San Diego 92109, has been sold for $960,000.

The buyers were Sri Renganathan and Vinaya Tripuraneni, 2423 Michigan Drive, Clairemont 91711.

The acquisition was financed with a loan of $720,000 from Carrington Mortgage Services LLC.

The sellers of the property (assessor's parcel 416-431-17) were Jonathan R. and Lionella Borozdina-Birch.

The approximately 2,851-square-foot apartment consists of six bedrooms and four bathrooms. The apartment was constructed in 1965 on a 6,251-square-foot lot. The property includes four garages.

The property was sold in July 1999 for $592,000, with financing of $473,000 from Builders Funding Corp.
