New North Park brings record high unit price

The newly constructed four-unit apartment in North Park at 3827-3833 Louisiana St., San Diego 92104, has been sold for $1.25 million.

The buyers were Christophe and Marie Fremont, 6672 Avenida Andorra, La Jolla 92037, who plan to hold the property for investment.

The acquisition was financed with a loan of $801,950 from South Pacific Financial Corp.

The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 453-041-04) was Pujji Development LLC. Rominder S. Pujji heads Pujji Development.

The seller was represented by Peter Scepanovic and Corey McHenry of Colliers International.

The building, consisting of four two-bedroom units, has outdoor living spaces, covered parking, and a gated driveway.

"The property offering sold at the highest price per unit ($312,500 per unit) of any other sale in North Park over the past several years," said Scepanovic.
