Apartment in City Heights on 43rd sold

The 18-unit apartment in City Heights at 3666-3670 43rd St., San Diego 92105, has been sold for $1,575,000.

The buyers were Ali Nayab and Nancee Nayab, trustees of the Nayab Family Trust, 3666-70 43rd St., San Diego.

The acquisition was financed with a loan of $1,181,250 from Banco Popular North America.

The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 471-731-37) was CFGSR, LLC, a California limited partnership. Grossmont Trolley Enterprises Inc. is the manager of CRFSR and Charles F. Groder is president of Grossmont Trolley.

The two-story, approximately 11,662-square-foot apartment was constructed in 1970 and a 14,000-square-foot lot.

In November 2011, the property was sold for $988,000, with financing of $679,000 from Quaker City Bank.
