Eastman Kodak on Ave. of Science

Industrial: Eastman Kodak Company has leased 16,107 square feet of industrial space -- at Carmel Corporate Plaza, 15016 Avenue of Science, San Diego 92128 -- from Harsch Investment Properties. The property was leased for 24 months at $922,000.

The lessee was represented by Chris Pascale, of CBRE (NYSE: CBG). The lessor was represented by Jay Alexander and Ryan Grove, of Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL).

Carmel Corporate Plaza is an 86,639-square-foot building with open floor plates of 10,000 to 40,000 square feet and 11-foot ceilings. The property also has 292 parking spaces.

Portland, Ore.-based Harsch purchased the property for $17.65 million, or approximately $204 per square foot, in late summer 2003.



Industrial: Optimal Nutrition Inc. has leased 9,800 square feet of industrial space at 7678 Miramar Road, San Diego 92126, from Barry Eggleston and Russell Eggleston.

The property, leased for 12 months at $96,602, will be used for office, warehouse for food preparation and wholesaling.

The lessee was represented by Evan McDonald, of Colliers International. The lessor was represented by itself.

In late 2011, Optimal Nutrition leased 9,800 square feet at 7678 Miramar for 12 months at $95,172.



Industrial: The Sound of Knowledge Inc. has leased 1,965 square feet of industrial space -- at 7630 Miramar Road, Suite 2200, San Diego 92126 -- from Walton CWCA Miramar GL 74 LLC. The property was leased for 48 months at $80,513.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Evan McDonald, Arnie Friedman and Ty Moffatt, of Colliers International.

The Sound of Knowledge also leased 3,280 square feet of industrial space at 7636 Miramar Road, Suite 1400, San Diego 92126, from Walton CWCA Miramar GL 74 LLC. The property was leased for 18 months at $61,869.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Evan McDonald, Arnie Friedman and Ty Moffatt, of Colliers International.

Both leases are in the 65,752-square-foot Miramar Business Park, built in 1981 at 7606-7636 Miramar Road.
