The Deal of the Week seller was represented by Peter Scepanovic and Corey McHenry, of Colliers International.
The deal was the sale of a newly constructed four-unit apartment in North Park at 3827-3833 Louisiana St., San Diego, for $1.25 million.
"The property offering sold at the highest price per unit ($312,500) of any other sale in North Park over the past several years," Scepanovic said.
The buyers were Christophe and Marie Fremont of La Jolla, who plan to hold the property for investment. The acquisition was financed with a loan of $801,950 from South Pacific Financial Corp.
The seller of the property was Pujji Development LLC, headed by Rominder S. Pujji.
The building consists of four two-bedroom units.
