Apartment complex in Ocean Beach sold

The seven-unit apartment in Ocean Beach at 4975 Saratoga Ave., San Diego 92107, has been sold for $1.8 million.

The buyer was 4975 Saratoga LLC, a California limited liability company, 4612 Hillview Drive, La Mesa 91941. Grace S. Pedigo and Robert W. Pedigo are the managers of 4975 Saratoga.

The acquisition was financed by a loan of $1.15 million from JPMorgan Chase Bank (NYSE: JPM).

The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 448-192-38) was Thetis Inc., with Anthony S. DiLeya as president and Carol L. DiLeva as vice president.

The approximately 6,000-square-foot apartment consists of 14 bedrooms and eight bathrooms.

The two-story apartment was constructed in 1966 on a 7,000-square-foot lot.
