Apartments on Vista Glen in Vista sold

The 12 residential units in Vista, at 207 Vista Glen Lane (six units) and 221 Vista Glen Lane (six units), have been sold for $1,375,000.

The buyer was SEKADA LLC, a California limited liability company, c/o Dariush Razavi, 7979 La Mesa Blvd., La Mesa 91942.

The acquisition was financed with a loan of $962,500 from First Republic Bank (NYSE: FRC).

The sellers of the property (assessor's parcel 176-110-34 and 35) were Siegfried W.G. Kross and Maria C. Kross, trustees of the Kross Family Trust.

Each approximately 6,120-square-foot apartment consists of 12 bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

The properties were constructed in 1961 on a 19,165- square-foot lot (207 Vista Glen) and a 14,810-square- foot lot (221 Vista Glen).

In July 1995, the property went through foreclosure at a value of $448,500.
