Retail building on Broadway in Lemon Grove sold

The approximately 14,000-square-foot retail property, at 7281-7280 Broadway in Lemon Grove 91945, has been sold for $4.18 million.

The buyer was Crown Investments LLC, 9921 Carmel Mountain Road, San Diego 92129, with George Salameh president and manager.

The acquisition was financed with a loan of $2.7 million from California Bank & Trust.

The seller of the property (assessor's parcels 479-082-01 and 479-091-01) was MD-Lemon Grove LLC, with Scott D. Duhs as the manager.

Tenants include AutoZone West Inc., Fred Loya Insurance Agency Inc., Evans Tire & Service Center Inc. and Retail Sales and Service LLC, dba T-Mobile.

The building was constructed in 1959 on two lots, totaling 1.29 acres.

The property was sold for $2.8 million in February 2007.
