Clarion Hotel in National City sold for $11.65M

The 180-room Clarion Hotel South Bay at 700 National City Blvd. in National City 91950, has been sold for $11.65 million.

The buyer was Oak South, LP, a California limited partnership, c/o Brighton Management LLC, 21725 E. Gateway Center Drive, Diamond Bar 91765. NC South Bay LLC, a California limited liability company, is the general partner of Oak South. Dr. Daniel Kao and Joseph Fan are the members of NC South Bay.

The acquisition was financed with a loan of $6,462,500 from Overseas Bank Limited, a Singapore bank.

The seller of the property was Pacifica Harbor View One, LP, a California limited partnership, with Pacifica Harbor View Inc. as its general partner.

Deepak Israni is the secretary of the general partner, 1785 Hancock St., Suite 100, San Diego 92110.
