The buyers were Randy Allen Weisser and Karen B. Weisser, trustees of the Weisser Family Trust (50 percent) and Nate E. Mullen and Christina C. Mullen, trustees of the Mullen Family Trust (50 percent), 1310 Sheridan Ave., Escondido.
The acquisition was financed with a loan of $1.6 million from Pacific Western Bank.
The sellers of the property (assessor's parcel 356-310-02) were Howard F. Hughes and Barbara L. Hughes, trustees of the Hughes Revocable Living Trust.
The building was constructed in 1963 on a 22,651-square-foot lot.
In October 1994, the property was sold for $1.05 million, with financing of $615,000 and $492,000 from Union Bank.
