Industrial: Acosta Inc. has leased 35,400 square feet of industrial space at 940 W. 19th St., National City 91950, from NetReit National City Partners, LP. The property was leased for seven years at $1,855,356.

The lessee was represented by Greg Pieratt, of Lee and Associates-North San Diego. The lessor was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.


Industrial: Jorge Lopez has leased 1,508 square feet of industrial space at 4065 Oceanside Blvd., Suite D, Oceanside 92056, from MAJ Investors. The property, leased for 36 months at $71,400, will be used for a martial arts studio.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Josh McFadyen, of Colliers International.


Industrial: Rob Dohrer has leased 1,200 square feet of industrial space at 225 Via El Centro, Oceanside 92054, from Ganatol Land Company LLC. The property, leased for 36 months at $33,816, will be used for a machine shop.
