The 12-unit apartment complex in Golden Hill at 1217-1231 28th St., San Diego 92102, has been sold for $1,925,000.

The buyer was Freedom Station USA, 1217 28th St., San Diego. Sandra Lehmkuhler is the president of Freedom, and Jason Jablow is the treasurer.

The acquisition was financed with a loan of $1,235,000 from First-Citizens Bank & Trust Co.

The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 539-460-22) was The California 92102 LLC, a California limited liability company, headed by Keith R. Anderson.

The approximately 6,620-square-foot apartment was constructed on a 14,000-square-foot lot in 1923. The apartment consists of 12 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.

In early 2005, the property was sold for $1.73 million, with financing of $965,000 from California Bank & Trust.

In November 2002, the property was sold for $1,195,000.

In June 2009, the property went through foreclosure.
